Watercolors, recycled paper

In our collective home residency, Ouagadougou - BU

Every evening, when I came back from the weaving workshop where I worked, I had to drive through large chunks of the city of Ouagadougou. Everything I saw electrified me.
I tried to transform these moments of sideration into long phases of digestion. So once I finally got home, I would start to draw, draw, and draw again.
